SAT 17 SEP 8:30 am – 3:00 pm Join the Clean River Alliance (aka Garbage Patch Kids) at Johnson’s Beach on First Street in Guerneville for the annual Russian River Watershed Clean-up of our local stretch and tributairies. Wear sturdy clothing/shoes/boots and prepare to have fun, talk trash and feel incredibly accomplished afterwards. The Clean River Alliance will supply the gloves and necessary tools. If you can’t make Saturday, you can still help out by identifying trash in our tributaries. Email Robin Johnson at robin@guerneville5and10.com with details of the location (pics are a plus) or they will help arrange pick up for things you collect. Thank you in advance for showing your love to our River/Ocean!
