On August 8th, the RNHOA hosted a delicious Pancake Breakfast, which was enjoyed by over 100 neighbors and visitors … especially those who sampled the mimosas. Or bloody marys, ramos fizzes, and other yummy concoctions. Long-time Rio Nidan John Colonico sure knows how to mix those drinks! The Pancake Breakfasts are held twice per summer, and include generous helpings of pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, orange juice, and coffee. For $6.00 per adult and $3.00 per child, that’s a great deal. Afterwards, we showcased local talent at the Rio Nido Arts Festival, including: Edward Garcia, Vincinza Gregori, Bruce Fossum, Don Wilson, Patty Bird, Matt Bedford, Tom Azevedo, Beverly Bird, Rebecca Lichau, Seneca Rising, and Moire Martin.
