Pegasus Theater Needs You!

Pegasus Theater is looking for volunteers and ongoing support to finish up the year.  They have three more shows this season: Sister Cities, Tapas: New Short Play Festival and Jacob Marley’s Christmas Carol. They need a team for each production

Here’s how you can help:
  • Cast: Come to auditions!
  • Support: Be a sound or light technician, stage manager, props person or help build and paint sets at our Saturday work parties
  • Front of House: At performances, serve as house manager or staff the box office or concessions stand
  • Bakers: Provide cakes, brownies, cookies or other goodies for our concessions stand

Pegasus will  provide training or orientation for most of these volunteer positions; and a complimentary ticket to a show.

It takes a village (and a lot of volunteers) to keep our theater going.  We think it’s worth the effort.

If you want to help, please contact Nancy Hansen, Artistic Director at nancyhan (at) sonic.net or 707 865 0331.

There are still six more performances to catch Norman, Is That You? Fridays are Pay What You Can. This is a landmark play, one of the first Broadway shows to deal with gay issues openly and with humor.  It takes place in the 1970s, a period of conflict and change, when the Stonewall riots had sparked the modern gay rights movement and a surge of gay pride. Norman runs Friday and  Saturday at 8pm and Sunday at 2pm through June 10 at the Rio Nido Lodge.
